2009 Health Fair

Due to the snowfall and generally bad weather on March 28th, The Meade County Health Fair will now be held on April 4th from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Meade District Hospital.  Pre-registration for the event will begin on Monday, March 2nd.  We encourage everyone to pre-register for the this event if you are interested in the testing services outlined in the Health Fair Information sheet located below.  In order to pre-register, stop by the business office at the Meade District Hospital.  We will gladly assist you by providing answers to questions that you may have.  Payment for services will be due at the time of pre-registration.  No phone registrations will be accepted.
