The Artesian Valley Health System includes the Rural Health Clinics located in Meade, Plains, Fowler and Cimarron. The Meade clinic (620) 873-2112 is open M-F 9am to 5pm, the Plains Clinic (620) 563-9313 is open in the afternoons M-TH, the Fowler clinic (620) 646-5358 is open Tues afternoon and Friday from 1 - 5 p.m. The Cimarron clinic (620) 855-2011 is open 9am to 5pm M-W and Friday, and from 9 am to noon on Thursdays. For an appointment in Meade, Plains and Fowler contact the Meade RHC at (620) 873-2112 and for Cimarron contact the Cimarron RHC at (620) 855-2011.
